One of the solution to stop the outbreak of dengue fever in the mosquitoes cluster, NEA uses the Gravitrap to trap Aedes mosquitoes. Gravitrap is designed to attract and trap female Aedes mosquitoes looking for a place to lay eggs.

It helps to monitor and suppress the Aedes Mosquito population in the community and control the spread of Dengue and Zika.
It has sticky surface to capture the mosquitoes when they try to lay eggs.
The built-in wire mesh will trap adult mosquitoes emerging from eggs laid.
The mosquitoes will be captured and prevented from subsequently biting other people.
Gravitraps are placed in common corridors and monitored regularly by NEA.
