- A cancellation fee of 50% of selling price will be levied on orders cancelled upon confirmation. No refund after measurement.
- Dismantle cost for old screen – subject to additional charges to be assessed at site.
- 100% money-back guarantee will only apply to the defective mesh and frame that to be reported before signed off during the installation.
- 3 years warranty on the adhesive frame. 2 weeks warranty on the fibreglass mesh.
